大使館ウイークin Nikko -新しい出会いのフォロー
As scheduled we were finally able to visit the restaurant I located in Harajuku of which the chef had joined our big project entitled in September. He kindly demonstrated a French cuisine by using local ingredients to guarantee the safety of food. We invited a couple of our friends living in Tokyo. They had been involved in the international field as we had been, therefore we enjoyed a lot our conversation over the table served with tasty dish starting from hors d'ouvre, oyster in light creme, a big piece of foies gras pasted with some horse radish, a steamed sea bream whose skin was crisped, and wild duck meat in tasty brown sauce with a piece of mille-feuille like crispy bacon and sliced potatoes as garnish. And the dessert was beyond expression as shown in the picture. After the meal, we were invited into the small room installed in the huge kitchen for another cup of coffee to have more enthusiastic talk with the chef on his desire for his activity from now on refering to our hope to activate the tourisme in Nikko. It was such a precious afternoon we shared in deep inside of the territory(premise) of the Togo Shrine in Harajuku. Then we dropped by the Tokyo Station to have a look of its renewed structure. We also went to the skytree town and stepped into the planetarium which excited me so much. It was well designed and well done as a whole. We had a long and rich day today and it was around 10 at night when we came back home. Exhausted!
