お盆ー家族大集合 Family gathering during Bon festival holidays

７月に夫が南京から帰国してからこのお盆休みにやっと家族全員集合が実現。孫６人が一堂に集まって我が家は託児所、幼稚園、小学校と化して大賑わい。厨房はフル回転。３泊４日は笑いと泣き声で大忙しの戦場でした。皆それぞれ帰ってしまいました。
Our family gathering was finally realized during this Bon festival holidays for the first time after my husband got home from Nanging in the beginning of July. All six grand-children were here and our place turned to either nursery school or kindergarten or primary school. So noisy. The kitchen has kept running all the time. Those three nights and four days were just like a battle field but with lots of laughs and cries. They have all gone back home leaving us in the quietness used to be.

更に８月１６日には法蔵寺での日光ユネスコ協会の「平和の鐘を鳴らそう運動」に孫No.1, No 2を連れて参加。３年生の彼等も少しは平和の意味を考えることが出来ることを期待して。
