人生の先輩からの訓示 Instructions of life given by a senior lady

永遠に現役で活躍し続けておられるある米寿を迎えた女性を通して知った人生の訓示をここに記しておこう。大変真面目でありながら、何か微笑ましくなるメッセージだと思う。
 Through a senior lady who got to be 88 years old, still involving herself in many social activities to extend her help to people around, I got to know very persuasive and sincere message for an ideal life, which makes me happy and even smile.

◎五ダース運動 ①力を出す ②時間を出す ③知恵を出す ④声を出す ⑤心を出す。
 Five human sources should be activated.
  They are ①Energy ②Production of time ③Wisdom ④Voice ⑤Heart

◎更に、「ボケない音頭」として歌まである。♪♪
 1. 仲間がいる人ボケません。いつも気持ちが若い人、人に感謝出来る人。
 2. 精進する人ボケません。いつも頭を使う人、ものを書く人、絵を描く人
 3. 人のお世話の好きな人、本を読む人ボケません。いつも笑って暮らす人、趣味を沢山持った人
 
 
 4. 旅やおしゃれを好む人
 5. 人の苦しみわかる人、情けある人ボケません。違う世代の若者とすぐに仲良く出来る人。

 1. Those who have friends never get senile, those who have young heart and those who keep the 
     feeling of gratitude never get old.
 2. Those who keep trying to do their best never get senil, those who use their brain and those who
     write sentences, those who draw paintings never get old.
 3. Those who love to care others, those who read books, those who keep their smiling faces and
     those who have their hobbies never get senile.
 4. Those who love to travel around and those who are concerned with their appearance never get
     senile.
 5. Those who can share sorrow and suffering of somebody-else, those who join in a group of young
     generation never get senile.
