こちらも大晦日になりました。一か月かけて折ってきた千羽鶴が今朝、やっと完成！帰国したら一番にお見舞いに行くことが出来ます。そして、パッキングのめどがついたところで、キャンパスの見納めと、無事に２か月が過ごせたことへの感謝の気持ちで、キャンパスを一周してきました。良い天気の筈ですが、今日は生憎、スモッギー。午後には、学生さんの力を借りて船便造りと発送の手配完了。クラス委員が中心となって、この二か月、私達の世話を本当によくやってくれました。ありがとう。明日元日は雲の上です。
New Year Eve is here. Early this morning, I finally completed my 1000 paper crane birds. I'm happy about it. Upon return home, I can bring it to my sister-in-law who has been ill since we left for Nanjing.
One more thing we did today was to walk around on the campus to say good bye appreciating our challenging life with no serious problem. It was bit misty today,though. Then in the afternoon, six students came over to help us packing and clearing unnecessary goods. They have been so kind. Their great care for us made
our campus life safe and fruitful. Thanks a lot! We miss them. Tomorrow on the New Year Day, will we be up in the sky for Japan.
