日光には女性合唱団だけでも７，８つあるが、その一つに入部してかれこれ７年になる。声の出し方でいつも先生からお叱りをうけながら継続は力なりを信じて在籍している。このグループの外向け活動は、毎年春の公民館まつりと日光市の総合会館でやる秋の芸術祭に参加し、年２回老健慰問をすることである。その公民館まつりを今度の日曜日に控え、ここにきてようやくICレコーダーを購入し、毎日のウオーキングタイムを利用して練習に励んでいる。「たんぽぽ」「幼なじみ」「乾杯」  「大地讃頌」「花は咲く」「ふるさと」が出し物。この美しい季節、目に入る花々に励まされながら充実した良い時間が持てていることに感謝している


 

There exist 7or 8 women choir groups in Nikko. I have been in one of those for about 7 years. Our activities are intensified to join the annual community fest in spring and  the art festival in autumn. On top of that we visit the hospital to encourage tens of senior patients two times a year. Now that we are goint to join the community fest this coming Sunday, I have just bought a new IC recorder to practice harder which I do during my walking time. I finally find myself enjoying walking more thanks to this effective little machine and the beautiful flowers in full bloom in this season.
