家族大集合 Family gathering

8月23日（土）の週末は外と内で大嵐騒動

 夫が9月より一年間、中国南京の伝媒大南広院大学より招聘されて教鞭をとることになり、家族で壮行会を開催。22日金曜日の夜にやってきた次女の家族は日光を襲った雷雨様に大騒ぎ。そして翌日に長女と長男家族が到着。子供3人にはそれぞれに2歳の幼児がいる。彼等は同級生従妹。長女と次女のところには小学校2年生の男の子がいるが彼等は妖怪の本やゲームに夢中ですっかり落ち着いてむしろ静かになってきているが、3人の2歳の従妹達の騒々しさは只者ではない。4月、6月、8月生まれで間が2か月づつ空いているが、今回は「アナと雪の女王」のDVDに大嵌り。アナと雪の女王になりきって手振り、身ぶりを真似、「ありのままで・・」の歌までそれらしくうたって実に笑いと感動の時を貰いました。子供の成長の原点はコピーすることだと実感。良い耳、良い目で感じたままを表現する。その感性の高さには驚いてしまう。素晴らしい家族劇場が夫には宝のような餞になったのでは。私自身は面白くて、楽しくて、涙しながら笑いころげていました。24日の昼下がり、皆が引揚げて帰っていくと嵐が去ったような静けさに。この週末は自然の雷雨と子供達が巻き起こした嵐に見舞われて大騒動でした。

We organized a farewell gathering for my husband leaving for Nanjing to respond to the offer of teaching at the Media university starting September. We were hit by an awful storm, real one first, this weekend then our grand-children's  big energy attacked us, especially 2 years old kids, Yoka born in April, Akari born in June and Sogo born in August, were given to the world of "Anna and the snow queen".They have such good ears and eyes, super sensitivity by which they can copy whatever they want to concentrate on, thus they grow by themselves in a sense. They were funny. Lots of laughs were filled in our house. Their performance turned to be a precious gift and support for their grand-pa, didn't it?
Upon their returning to their homes on Sunday, everything stopped and our place came back to be quiet and empty. The small kids gave us a lot of energy and absorbed our energy too. Well I still had an energy to clean and put the things back to normal right away.
