恒例の塾長講話会は今回で第２１回目。今回のテーマは「アベノミクスについて」
いつものように、まず参加者への問いかけから入り、わからないなりに考えることによって、問題が見えてくる手法が定着してきている。
「アベノミクス」は日本経済を生き返らせると考えるか？ Yes? or No?
Yes の場合、考えられる理由を列挙。
①金融緩和によりお金の巡回が増え需要投資が増えるから
②円安を導き輸出が増大するから
③財政拡大により公共事業費が増えて仕事が増える
④TPP参加や規制緩和等の産業政策で生産拡大、輸出拡大を導くから
No の場合、
①公共事業拡大に疑問ー働き手がいないという問題が出ている
②全体としてアベノミクスは題目をかかげただけで実績がまだ無い。何もやっていないのに何
故株価が上昇？
３本の矢の分析
○物価上昇率２％になるまで無制限の金融緩和対策ー日銀が国債をどんどん引き受け、企業が発
行する証券もどんどん引き受けるとどうなるか→円が流出する→インフレ化
○機動的財政政策ー１３兆円もの補正予算を成立し来年度予算も国会で審議→１００兆円を超える
予算を組むにも日銀の購買力が基本にある。
○民間の経済成長戦略ー技術革新をして競争力を高める。賃金を増やすかわりに企業の内部留保を増やして将来の投資に備えるやり方でいいのか。国内の需要を増やすことが重要であり、そのためにー産業政策によって労働の質を向上させ、収入を増やす。それには労働者の再教育（情報技術を使いこなせる労働者の教育と語学教育）、少子化対策、女性の活用を目指すべき。政府、企業、労働者が一体となって政策転換をやるべきだろう。
全体のアベノミクスは題目をあげただけで今後どう実現されるか６月の発表に注目。
しかし、題目決定の迅速な決断が市場に期待感を持たせ、外国人の投資の増加を招き、株価が上昇。日本の経済を縮小させてきた１５年に及ぶデフレからの脱却が必須→市場を元気にする入口となる。
デフレ脱却にはまず収入を増やすことと人口増加対策（少子化対策）→インフレ化対策
まだ実績が見えないためにYesもNoもはっきり意思表示出来ないというのが大方の反応であった。
最後に労働経済白書に登場した「合成の誤謬」の解釈
経済再建のために利潤追求に走ってリストラと賃金引下げを同時に行った結果、逆効果を生ん
だ。雇用を増やし、賃金を増やさなければ経済は発展しないことを諭すもの。

成良仁/南田是也の遺作展 Memorial exhibition of Mr.H.Nariyoshi/Nanda Koreya
３月２３日（土）
春の暖かい陽射しの中、久しぶりで益子へ。夫の高校時代の同期であり親友である陶芸家が昨年２月に逝去されてはや一年。同じく陶芸家でもある由記子夫人がアレンジされた遺作展が今日から一週間ご自宅で開催されることになり、殆ど一番乗りで益子に到着。偶然にも昨日、浜田庄治参考館が２年前の大震災で被害をうけた後修復されてリオープンされた矢先だったので早く益子に到着した分、こちらにも寄ることが出来た。まさに第二次大戦真っ最中の頃、この益子の里では浜田庄治、河井寛治郎、柳宋悦三氏による民芸運動が活発になっていた時で、浜田氏はこの益子の壮大な敷地にあちこちの民家を移築して偉大な仕事をされたところである。何億とするであろう明時代や、漢時代、朝鮮からの陶器が集められている。この大震災でかなり破損もしたようだが、無事に残ったものが展示されていた。たいへんなコレクターであった由。３０００点ぐらいはあるとのこと。丁度、一か月前に京都に行った折、河井寛治郎記念館を訪ねていたのでそれと重なり、幸運であった。庭にはヤシオつつじが既に全開で見事な美しさを醸し出していた。

成良さんの遺作展も見事であった。リビング一杯に素晴らしい陶芸品と豊満な女性シリーズの素焼きの人形が並べられ、加えて、氏のお兄さんの遺作であるタピスリーが壁にかけられ、氏の母上が趣味として描かれたという遺作の油絵や日記、更に古いピアノも置かれて親子の絆を温かく守ってこられた証が部屋中に漲っていた。由記子夫人の温かい心配りが演出した結果であろう。沢山の遺作品には値がつけられ、訪れた人達が手に入れ易いように配慮されていた。

大勢の来訪者で家の中も外も溢れ、多くの友人も持ち込んだ料理が用意されて歓談する時間も用意された上に、フルートとシャンソンのアトラクションが企画されていて来場者を楽しませて下さいました。片道２時間。帰宅したのが夜８時。朝出かけた時は９時前。長い一日ではあったが、ここでもいろいろな方とお話する機会を得て、実のある一日となりました。

新しい出会い Newly born friendship
３月２０日（水、春分の日）
17日からスタートした台南室内合唱団の天王山ともいうべきクライマックスとなったパフォーマンスが地元の由緒あるホテルで開催されました。昨日地元のショッピングモールでのプロモーションコンサートに出席して見て既にこれは今までにない心が揺さぶられる演奏になると期待していたが、それ以上の感動をもたらしてくれた。聴衆からも感動の嵐が巻き起こるほどで、改めて指揮者、団長の手腕に圧倒される思いであった。こんなに、その才能とエネルギッシュなリーダーシップを兼ね備えた人はいないのではないだろうか。その団長と本来ピアニストである彼女の仲間のホストファミリーとしてこの４日間を我が家でお付き合い出来たことに感謝し、まだその余韻が我が家に漂っています。昨晩は被災地への鎮魂歌「花は咲く」を積極的に覚えたいということになり深夜まで熱心に譜面と詩を合わせて猛勉強。所見でメロディーを掴んだのにはさすが脱帽。それが実は彼女たちの密かな企画となり、コンサート後の懇親会の最後にリードをとって会場全員での大合唱を導いてくれたのでした。何というアトラクション。お互いへの素晴らしいトークンとなったことに私はうるんでしまいました。
The Tainan Chamber Choir climaxed its performance in the banquet hall of the prestigeous hotel in Nikko on March 20, coincidentally it was a national holiday, the spring equinox in Japan. Yesterday I had a chance to observe their minimized performance for promotion taken place on the second floor of a shopping center and I already expected how well they would perform tomorrow. Then today it showed up with such a dynamic but delicate way of performance. Every single motion of the conductor never missed attracting all the members of the choir, which produced a beautiful harmony of the music. We all the audience were just touched and most excited we had never experienced before. We were all overwhelmed by Shanmin(the conductor)'s strong and outstanding leadership and her artistic heart and sense. Truly it ended up with 200% satisfaction in the atmosphere of the highest fever among 250 people in the hall.
We are very much honored to have been Shanmin's and one of her members, Jenny's hostfamily for 4 days from 17 to 20. On top of that we enjoyed being together, talking a lot about ourselves each other. We found out both of us, Shanmin and me, love cats and dogs. Talking on pets never ends.
Last night they wanted to master the requiem 「Flowers blooming」composed after the Great disaster in Tohoku area, March 11,2011. We practiced together until late. They planned something in secret.
Then it turned out to be the amazing attraction at the last moment after the friendship dinner held after the concert. Shanmin and Genny stood on the front floor and started singing 「Hanawa Saku, Flowers blooming」in Japanese. I proceeded to them to join and Masao also joined. Shanmin invited the audience to join by her way of conducting. All the members in dinning room stood up to sing together and it became a big choir......Beautiful ending with tears in the eyes. Thank you so much.

せたメリハリのある指揮振りに合唱団のみならず、聴衆も引き込む魅力というか魔力あり。
最後には両カンマコールも台南合唱団も全員出演でオラトリオ「メサイア」よりハレルヤを演奏。
下地、善敏両氏の指揮によって２回演奏。 大変な盛り上がりとなりました。

House guests for four days
3月17日
台南から混声コーラス隊が日光入り。市の後援を得て地元の女性コーラス、カンマコールが、結成１年を記念しての企画で今回の交流が実現したもの。私が所属するグループとは異なるがゴルフ仲間からの要請があってホームステイを引き受けました。３月１７日（日）午後、大沢公民館での歓迎レセプションから双方の交流がスタートしました。

For the occasion of the visit by a prominent choir group from Tainan to promote the friendship between Nikko-city and Tainan-city, we raised our hands to offer our place for home-stay for them upon the request extended to us by one of my golf mates. We(me and my husband) ourselves belong to a different choir group (there exist quite a few choir groups in Nikko city) and this is my first time to understand how this new choir group named Kanma Call(?) was established a year ago. They are going to perform together with this group from Tainan on March 20 to commemorate their one year anniversary. They organized a welcome reception at Osawa community center yesterday, which made a good start for our friedship to be promoted.
歓迎会終了後、グループのメンバーはそれぞれホームステイ受け入れ先のホストファミリーと共に退散。私達はグループリーダーのShan-ming （善 敏）さんとピアニストのChang（珍）をお連れした。夫は中国語がプラクティス出来るとの思いでしきりと中国語で話す。私は中国語は不可。でも幸いに、二人共英語が堪能で大助かり。二人ともアメリカ、カナダで学生時代を凄し、仕事までしていたという人で、価値観がすっかり共有出来、話が弾み、大変楽しい。昨晩も盛り上がって・・就寝したのは零時過ぎ。
After the welcome reception, all the members were taken home by the respective host families. We drove back home with Shang Ming, the leader (conductor) and Jenny, the pianist of Taina Chanmber Choir. Masao apparently wanted to practice his Chinese which I couldn't manage. However, fortunately, they manage English like native speakers so we are able to communicate each other. They were in the USA and in Canada for their higher education and even for some work. We found out the common value to share looking back at all those days when we studied and worked in the North America. We enjoyed very much talking over the dinner until late at night. It was after midnight when we went to bed.

Mi-chann's first memorial day
March 14,2013.
It has past 11 months since our dear cat, Mi-chan went out into the woods for her last journey on April 14,2012. It was at the time when I started writing her biography with a feeling that she can be sent to the heaven anytime in that age, 20 years old in two months. Then this writing turned out to be my requiem for her. It was a very sad happening. The book was issued in October on my birthday. I distributed some copies of the new book to my friends and relatives, mailed out in and out of Japan. They all extended their sympathy to her. She was such a great cat.
Now I received a wonderful letter yesterday from Masao's class mate in his high school. He read my book and he says in his letter that his family also kept a cat named Mi-chan who died several months ago at the age of 20. We noticed that their Mi-chan and our Mi-chan lived in the same ere but in a different way. They were through their respective lives in the different surroundings but both of them were surely loved by their families. Two Mi-chans left beautiful memory behind for us, that's for sure. What a coincidence! Let's offer a silent prayer for them.

He read my book and he says in his letter that his family also kept a cat named Mi-chan who died several months ago at the age of 20. 3月３日 桃の節句
昨年誕生した３人の孫達が一斉に初節句を迎え、爺婆は嬉しい悲鳴をあげながら３か所を行脚してきました。それぞれ少しずつ異なったキャラクターが見え始めてその成長ぶりには驚いてしまう。５月に初節句を迎える僕（３人の中で一番遅く誕生）は大臣様の風貌が身につき、お腹が空いた時と眠い時以外はでんと構え、あやすとにやっとする。笑ってやるか！４月に一番バッターで１歳となる私はまさに桃の節句にふさわしいAdorable baby girl! 女の子っていう感じだけど、どうやら運動神経がパパ似で機敏らしさが出てきている。６月生まれのもう一人の私は半年目の頃は女武将の様子があって逞しさを感じていたけど、桃の節句を迎えて、急に女の子らしくなって・・ピンクのスカートが似合って異なるイメージになっていました。孫の成長は常に一緒にいないせいかとにかく早くて驚いてしまう。お兄ちゃん達はもうじきピカピカの一年生。順ぐり子育てに一生懸命の子供達の様子を見て、さぞ大変だろうとエールを送りながら行脚して戻ると日光は再び雪が降り始めていました。
