このGWの前半、長女と息子の家族が来訪。三人の孫達で大変な賑わいとなった。小学校に入学した孫息子は大分落ち着いてきた。今回も我が家に来る前、父親とそのグランパと三人で赤城山を登頂。６歳にして、既に百名山を１１個登頂したことになる。空手もやっていて何とかの型５段とかいって、その型をメリハリをつけて恰好よく披露してくれる。絵をかくことも好き。両親もいよいよ子供の教育という一大任務を意識してきている様子が伺える。一方それぞれ１歳と１０カ月になる二人の孫娘は可愛い盛り。１歳の方は二次元から三次元の世界へまさに移行せんとするところでその様子が可愛くて頼もしい。１０カ月の方は人見知り真っ盛り。泣いたり笑ったり何とも賑やかな三日間でした。お天気に恵まれて近場の公園に出かけたら可愛いワンちゃんに出会って微笑ましいショットが撮れました。
During the first part of the GW, two of our children's families came over to see us. This time the second daughter's family wasn't available, therefore, we were surrounded by three grand-children out of five. The boy who just entered a primary school looks becoming easy. He has already been trained to climb mountains by his father and this time they climbed Mt.Akagi before coming here. He already succeeded in climbing the 11 mountaines out of 100 special mountains in Japan including Mt.Fuji. He enjoys learning Karate and he showed us a certain types of its art. His way of performing was so well-modulated that all of us just applauded him. He was very proud of his performance. He loves drawing too. His parents seem to realize that he has reached the age to be serious about his education. On the other hand, the other baby girls were just adorable. The one who just got to be one year old is in a transition from the world of two dimensions to that of three dimensions. Very exciting period! The other baby girl is 10 months old. She is not easy. She has to be with her mother all the time. Anyway we enjoyed lots of laughs and cries. The good weather tempted us to go out to the park nearby where we found two cute and well-tamed dogs.
